1. Making a Purchase
You can view our products in multiple ways...

• By 'Category' alone, or refine your search further within a category using the 'Manufacturer' and 'Sub-category' menus' and/or our keyword search.
• By simply using our quick search feature found on the left hand side of every page.
• Or just enter your search term into our keyword search and selecting the 'All categories' or 'Search Description' checkboxes.
• You can modify or delete items from your cart at any time - click on 'cart contents'.

When you have finished adding your required items to your online shopping cart, you will then need to visit the checkout to finalise your order.
Please make sure that ALL delivery details are 100% up to date, as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in transit due to an error with your address.

You can view your order status by logging in to your online account, and going to the 'my.history' page.
We endeavour to update the status of all orders as they progress through the system.

2. Ordering Terms and Conditions
By checking the relevant box on our order confirmation page you automatically agree with the following..

• Children – Wave-line Products does not sell products for purchase by children as we require payment by cheque or Paypal. We may however sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 16, you may use Wave-line Products only with the involvement of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
• Incorrect addresses - Wave-line Products will not be held responsible for missing items if you have made an error with your delivery address, we ask that you are sure to check this before confirming your order.
• Product pricing - We always offer the very best price possible, there are no further discounts that we are able to offer including for bulk quantities. In all cases, we reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has been made.
• Product Availability - Due to high demands or discontinued stock, we reserve the right to cancel any items from your order at our own discretion.
• Due to the way our website stock system is run, some items may appear to be in stock but due to high demand within the hour these figures can sometimes be incorrect and therefore your items will be placed onto back order and will be dispatched to you as soon as possible when fresh stocks have been received by us.

Please note: We, Wave-line Products hold the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons which may or may not be disclosed.

3. Products descriptions and images
• Images of items offered for sale are for illustrative purposes only.
• All information given on our website is as accurate as possible but if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our support team.
• We do not condone the use of our images or descriptions on any third party sites inclusive of ebay, unless we have given written and signed authorisation.

4. Postage and Dispatch Information
Our postage costs are calculated on a weight basis and is subject to change when Royal Mail adjusts its prices and categories.  We will always endeavor to give you the best possible rate available.

We currently supply the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Jersey, the UK & it's islands and Eire

• All UK Mainland deliveries are made using the Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service
• All items are usually delivered within 3-7 working days
• We only make one delivery charge for all orders where a postage charge is applicable (see below), including orders sent in one or more packages and orders with backordered items.

The normal delivery time from dispatch to your door is usually 4-6 working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working days (2 weeks) from dispatch at Royal Mail’s peak times.


All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.

Our Postage and Packaging Options are as follows:

UK NORMAL DISPATCH
• Average Dispatch Times: 1-3 working days
• Average Delivery Times from dispatch: 3-5 working days

Orders placed on weekends may take until Tuesday to be dispatched.

EIRE DISPATCH – Please email at time of order to get current price.

5. Missing Items/Returning Items
If your items are missing, faulty or not as described, the following will apply to you...

• You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days.
• You must notify us of any 'wrongly received items' or 'unwanted items' within 7 days.
• All items carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Some products may be required to be sent directly to the manufacturer for any faults after 14 days.
• If your item has been miss described and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 7 days so that we can do this for you.
• We cover all return postage (up to First Class Royal Mail Postage) for 'Faulty' or 'miss described' items, but will not cover your return costs for unwanted items.

5.B Hardware Returns
If your goods become faulty after delivery we strongly recommend that you contact us in the first instance and we will then deal with it.  Sometimes it is necessary to send it to the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair/replacement. This is often the most efficient way for your fault to be resolved.

Should you wish to return your item to Wave-line Products the item must comply with the following:

If the fault with your item is found to be caused by one or more of the following: mishandling, home repairs, modification, cleaning, fall, shock, drop, fire, flood, water damage, thunderbolt, act of God, pollution, bad power supply, improper storage, leaking batteries, sand or mud etc entering the product casing, the item WILL NOT be covered under the warranty and you will be asked to pay a £15 handling charge before we return the item to you.

This applies to all items whether they are 1 day old or on the last day of the warranty.

6. Payment Options
Payment options and accepted card types...

• We accept payment through Paypal.

• We also accept cheque/postal orders, but these must first be cleared before sending your products.
• Should there be any issues regarding your payment we will contact you by email
• Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full, backorders are only charged when they are ready to be dispatched.
• Wave-line Products may request from you, proof of address at any time to help prevent fraud.

7. Website Security and Data Protection
• All information sent via our website is processed using a secure server with Thawte RC4 128-bit High Grade Encryption
• We will never distribute any of your information to third party sites.
• We may occasionally send out promotional emails to our customer database, but should you wish to opt out from this, please let us know by email and we will remove you.

8. Support and Technical Problems
• If you have a problem with your order you can always contact our support team.

9. VAT
• If the delivery address for your order is in the United Kingdom, all prices shown are FULLY INCLUSIVE of UK VAT where applicable and all goods are in FREE CIRCULATION within the EU. No further duties or taxes are payable upon receipt of your order - we pay these for you.
• For all deliveries which are made outside of the UK, you may be asked to pay Sales Tax at the correct rate for your delivery country. This may be charged on top of the price paid to us, and is collected by your Post Office when your goods are delivered.
